OUTCOME
In fulfillment of the client’s desire to reposition the brand as a more intriguing and offbeat story matched by sultry and inviting spaces, I directed a full team review of all properties, rituals, and design elements. By guiding XRG Restaurants to dive deeper into the brand’s tequila distillery roots, and urging it to own a more distinctive story than it’s sister brand SOL, a larger, more alluring opportunity emerged leading to the franchises successful expansion into Huntington Beach and Anaheim.
